SHIPPING POLICY

At Kazzy Stone we will do our absolute best to process all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that almost all items are handmade to order, please allow up to 1-5 business days for items to be shipped. If for any reason there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, the customer will be directly notified.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic shipping is fulfilled through Chit Chats & Canada Post. The rates are weight based and will be estimated for you at check out.

Free Shipping within Canada: Canadian orders over 99 dollars will be sent via tracked shipping

Canada Post Expedited + Xpresspost Parcel: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Arrives within 1-7 business days of shipping date depending on the option chosen by the customer. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped.

 Kazzy Stone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post. The rates are weight based and will be estimated for you at check out.

USA

Packages going to the USA will be sent through Chit Chats parcel service which partners with USPS. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days but can be extended depending on your location. Shipping is fully tracked. 

 All Other International Shipping outside of the USA

All International shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post and will then transfer over to your country's postal service. The rates are weight based and will be estimated for you at check out for all of our international customers outside of Canada + the USA. 

Many packages take time passing through customs, especially those containing jewelry. This process is out of our control and, as a result, arrival times may vary.
